The Butterfly Effect have had a new album out now for a month (a whole month!) and I had no idea. I snatched it with both hands when I saw it on the weekend and have been listening to it virtually non-stop ever since. It's nowhere near as raw as their EP or their first album, but it still has an edge to the music. You can actually hear the evolution in their style. It's great and I'm loving it! They will be touring Sydney in October, and I will be going, even if I have to sell my soul Santa and become an annoyingly cute elf-type beast that makes toys for eternity.
