An Open Letter

Dear Customer,

As you have since been made aware, our company has been voluntarily handed over to Administrators. What this means for you is that we may be unable to fulfil back orders and any deposits taken cannot be refunded.

It is understandable that you are frustrated at this situation, but we, the floor staff, ask for your patience as we attempt to resolve your enquiries to the best of our abilities within the very tight framework demanded of us by the Administrators.

We also ask that you:
  • do not attempt to haggle prices, especially on sale stock, as we cannot give discounts or offer anything for free;
  • ask for floorstock as we cannot sell it to you - only orders for stock on hand in the warehouse can be fulfilled;
  • do not attempt to take stock from the store as you will be charged with theft;
  • treat us in a curteous manner - yelling at the floor staff will get you nowhere, and;
  • above all, do not threaten staff with physical violence as this will be met with a call to police.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation during this time.

Regards,
Sales Staff.
