Welcome to the Whedonverse

Apparently, Entertainment Weekly certainly knows which side their bread gets buttered. The actors from 'The Twilight Saga' appeared on the cover three times last year and have shown up three times so far this year, more than any other franchise advertised over those two years. It sells, no doubt about that, and when you consider that EW comes out weekly, that makes for a whole lot of Edward/Bella/Jacob fodder for the fans.

Unfortunately for EW, not everyone likes these covers. There are some who do not appreciate this level of saturation for any one franchise. Except, of course, unless it's for dear Joss. I liked this fake cover so much, I had to share.


Also, there's this about whether mankind can actually survive a zombie apocalypse. Mathematicians from Canada have formulated a model to predict zombie infection. It makes this Nerdy McNerdnerd from Nerdsville a very happy... erm... nerd...
