What devilry is this?

As some of you may, or may not, be aware, last week I lost a beloved jacket. Even though I'm still slightly miffed and disappointed, I have Grand Plans ^TM. I'm going to make a new one; not only do I have the technology, I have a sneaking suspicion I have the means to do so.

Now all I need is time and energy...

I have the hat,stockings, gloves and similar boots. I LOVE the jacket and the skirt would suit my shape to a tee. Hooray for sewing enthusiasm!
